#13. Readers Respond: Why Don’t You Go to Church? ‘Leadership hurts’

Here is another in our series on Reader’s comments on Leadership and the church:

“I ‘survived‘ the Charismatic renewal in the 1970 and 80’s in our small community town.   Some people and churches didn’t.  I saw groups of people split right down the middle; some left and some stayed.  Good things came from this movement of the Holy Spirit.  My whole family came to find Jesus and the family hurts were really addressed and healed.

Christian Foundations – Sunday Cuppa’ – Gratitude

Hello everyone!  Grab a cuppa’ and get comfortable.  Lately I have been thinking about the importance of Gratitude!  So thought I’d drop by today and say hello and have a chat about how important this quality is in our life.

So to begin with, have you ever thought about what you bring to your relationships?  No matter how huge people’s problems are, having a positive attitude will help.  Sometimes, you can be that ray of sunshine in another person’s life.

6/24 Dealing with Harmful Authorities in Following Jesus

There are Seven Steps of Action you can take when you disagree with something an authority asked you to do:

1.  Check your own attitudes:

Make sure you are not just being stubborn and want your own way.   Let them know your willingness to do the right thing with their guidance.

6/23 Your Overall Leadership Potential in Christian Foundations

The following are some of the qualities of the “Best Leader”.

Read through the description.  Where are you on your journey to become this kind of a leader of groups, in the church or in the business world?  It will help if you run off this page and think about the questions.  Then add your conclusions at the end of this page.
