The following are some of the qualities of the “Best Leader”. 

Read through the description.  Where are you on your journey to become this kind of a leader of groups, in the church or in the business world?  It will help if you run off this page and think about the questions.  Then add your conclusions at the end of this page.

Quality of   a “Best” Leader:

“I” – Your Integrity, credibility with the group? Honesty, openness, lack of masks, trustworthy?

2.

“N” – The level of Nurturing, replenishing and care you give to your responsibility and to those following you?

3.

“F” – Your level of Faith in others, suspicious of the people or do you believe in them or is there a dislike or   contempt for their weaknesses?

4.

L” – Do you really Listen to the people in action and in your words, body language and for their support?

5.

“U” – Do you really Understand where your group is?  What is your level of ‘non-possessive love’ plus your ability to give empathy?

6.

“E” – Can you Enlarge others, help them to become ‘bigger than you’?  Are they better off since you came into their group?  Can you put their agenda above yours, to expand and enlarge theirs?

7.

“N” – Can you Navigate your group through the rough   spots because you are aware of – and can explain to others – the rough spots or are you the kind of leader that bails out with rough water?

“C” – Are you Connected with the group?  Have you been with your group long enough to know their heart and know their passions?  Do you know their past hurts?  Where are their hopes and dreams?

9.

“E” – A Best leader can Empower the people’s hopes and dreams to come true as you share your ‘power’ and your ‘position’ with them.

“R” – Are you aiming to Reproduce yourself, work   yourself out of the job of running this group?
